I had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel! The food was absolutely outstanding, and having dinner served in my own room was such a unique and welcoming surprise. The 5-star cuisine and service exceeded my expectations. The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attend to my every need. The stunning views and the excellent onsen with great toiletries added to the overall experience. Everything ran so smoothly and efficiently here.

We had an enjoyable stay at a traditional Japanese hotel with our family. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was located in an ideal location. Our room was spacious and the beautiful family onsen was a highlight of our stay. the Japanese dinner that was served in our room was delicious and an amazing experience that we will never forget.
We wished that there was an option for us to have a bit more privacy in our room, especially when it came to bedtime with our children. We hope that the hotel will take the necessary steps to improve their cuisine, as it is a crucial part of any hotel experience.

We stayed at a traditional Japanese hotel with a beautiful family onsen. the English speaking staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our traditional Japanese room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view. Dinner was served in our room and was outstanding. the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and attended to our every need.
The hotel lacked an option of segregating a small part of the room for parents to stay awake in, while children could sleep earlier, which would be a useful improvement for families.

The onsen was great and we loved the traditional Japanese style of the hotel. the location was ideal, close to local shops and restaurants, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Another advantage was the fact that they provided a special New Year's dinner which was a unique and memorable experience.
